Layout
The parc will be realised on a slightly sloping area of approximately 5 ha situated in Modansa, close to Oranjestad at about 2 km and to the beaches  at about 5 km.

Present natural vegetation and rock formations will serve as basis for the planning the landscaping of the parc. To preserve the natural character of the parc the number of bungalows is limited allowing for spacious parcels. The size of the plots and the landscaping will secure the privacy of the residents of the parc.

An irrigation system using so-called grey (recycled)water will be installed to support the landscaping with fruit bearing trees like palms and citrus trees, and blooming bushes and plants like the bougainvillea. The entire parc will be enclosed by a demarcation adjusted to the surroundings.

The parc will be very Aruba like with a friendly, warm, natural, colourful and relaxed atmosphere. This  will be realised by the typical Aruban  architectural style of the houses and  the facilities, the landscaping of the parc, the limited use of cars within the parc and the services.

The pastel colours of the houses, the red rooftops and the clinker roads with attractive atmosphere of the parc.
