The bungalows
The parc will have one-, two- and three-bedroom bungalows, all built in Aruban architecture.
The one-bedroom bungalow will be semi-detached; however they will be built in such a way (back to back) that privacy will be fully preserved. The parcels will be about 225 m² per unit.
The two- and three-bedroom bungalows will be detached and will be situated on parcels of 400m².

Facilities
The parc will have a recreation area of approximately 10000 m² hosting the restaurant with terraces, swimming pool, tennis court, playground, volleyball court, boule lane, tropical gardens and a studio block which will include a minimarket. The buildings of the recreation area will be also realised in Aruban architecture.
Infrastructure
The roads in the parc will be adjusted to the restricted use of cars within the parc. A network of electricity, cable, telephone, water and sewer completes the infrastructure.
Services
Apart from management of the parc, Modansa Green Parc also provides the maintenance and cleaning services of the bungalows, gardening of the parc, car rental and the security of the parc.
Golf
There is a splendid 18 hole golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr and a beautiful 9 hole golf course at a ten minute ride from the parc.
