Rent to third parties
In case the owner wishes to do so, Modansa Green Parc has the exclusive right to rent the bungalow to third parties. The available weeks, as indicated by the owner, will be scheduled by type of bungalow using a pool system and consequently put up for rent by Modansa Green Parc.

 

This way the bungalows will be rented out proportionally by type and availability.
Modansa Green Parc pays out a return of the rent profits to the owners. In general the rental agreement by Modansa Green Parc has an initial term of 5 years. Hereafter the agreement can be extended for periods of 5 year. 

Service charges
The costs for the maintenance of the parc, including the gardens of the bungalows, the maintenance of the bungalows and the facilities on the parc, security and cleaning of the bungalows will be charged to the owners.
However, in case of rental to third parties these service charges will be deducted from the rent profits.
