On the park three types of bungalows are offered. The bungalows which harmonise with each other, also fit in the natural surroundings.

Execution of the houses
All floors will be provided with tiles fitting to the architectural style. The walls are of concrete finished off with a stucco layer of cement. The exterior will be painted in typical Aruban colours, the interior will be done in a matching pastel colour. The wooden roof construction will be covered with red ceramic tiles. The kitchen and the bathroom are done according to European standards. The bed and living room are equipped with air-conditioning. The divisional wall of the two-person bungalows is an anchorless cavity wall to ensure optimal sound insulation.
